At ZS Body Jewelry, we want you to love your new look; however, due to hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unworn items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened jewelry in its original box and use a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the hygienic seal; approved returns will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
